Who We Are

Warren Bryant - President

With more than 30 years of experience in commercial, industrial and government construction, engineering, and project management both domestically and internationally, Warren has consistently provided the leadership to get the job done.

Warren most recently served as Senior Vice President for Pernix Group where he was responsible for construction operations, strategy and business growth. Previously, he spent the majority of his career with URS Corporation and legacy companies Washington Group International (WGI) and Morrison Knudsen Corp (MK), where he served in a variety of roles, including Vice President, Government Services. Warren has managed the successful completion of more than $2.5 billion in total value of projects in both the U.S. and internationally.

He has broad ranging experience in both commercial and government sectors and has served as program leader for clients such as the US Department of Energy, US Department of Defense, various federal intelligence agencies,  General Motors Corporation and Ford. Warren received a Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.
